Description: A successful young L.A. doctor and his equally successful television-producer wife find their happily-ever-after life torn assunder when he suddenly confronts his long-repressed attraction for other men. Zach and Claire live a comfortable life secure in their love for one another when Bart, a swinging L.A. novelist, walks into Zach’s office and awakens unfamiliar feelings in him. and same here, just a bittersweet moving ending (no tragic nor fatal death for the gay characters)
This is an incredibly historic movie. The first mainstream movie for straight audiences that was entirely devoted to showing a gay storyline in a positive way. The acting and script is a bit corny compared to today, but this was a trailblazing film that went where no movie previously dared to go. Every gay man needs to see this!
Thanks for making this forgotten historic treasure available. (I always cry at the end, it’s so moving).
