HOLY CRAP! I been trying to find this one ever since I saw that great doc on musician Zdenek Liska on the Cremator blu ray! Please do Marketa Lazarová, The Little Mermaid (1976) and The Fabulous Baron Munchausen (1962). imo The music of Liska is the true rudder and compass to use while navigating the complex world of the Czech New Wave. Not the directors, great as they are.
Thank you for this! An early work from one of the best film directors of all time (One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, Hair, Ragtime, Amadeus, etc.) Looking forward to seeing this one.
