Okay, well weird. A different angle to any expectations I had. Still got a thing for Lydia, and Rollins still impresses.
I got to see Lydia and Henry together at a small spoken-word gig around that same time (circa ’89). There was a lot of “pooping the seeds of change” during that time, which I guess was the punky thing to do, and hence an interesting attraction for the unwitting poseurs as me who were just looking for sex and drugs.
