Oh yes indeedy. At 16 you can watch someone having their brains fucked out yet for close on 30 YEARS even if you were over 18 you couldn’t play the original Mortal Kombat game on the SEGA Mega Drive because its depictions of violence were considered to be harmful to a younf audience.

there must be a mixup. never ever would a movie with hardcore scenes get a FSK 16 rating in Germany. guess thats just the wrong cover / poster.
