Description: A bus and a truck are moving towards each other along a two-way traffic highway on a rainy day. At the very beginning we learn that a reckless driver of another car will cause them to collide while trying to pass the bus; we even learn what seats will spell doom for their occupants. The rest of the movie follows two streams of events on the bus and on the truck, getting us to know and like a wide variety of characters, wondering which ones will end up being casualties and holding breath for our favourites. The epilogue brings some more surprises.

I’m a regular at rarelust.com, but never expected to see this link. Rarelust, I love you. Being from Croatia, of course I saw H-8 more than once, so I can only recommend it to everyone who reads this. It’s a great, great movie – you’re in for a treat.
Truth to be told, this one can not be ”Croatian” , but Yugoslav movie, made in Yugoslav socialist era.
Everything in movie is Yugoslav, of mixed nations, Croats and Serbs, together. plus other nations of former Yugoslavia. At http://www.imdb.com movie is listed as Yugoslav, made in Yugoslavia. So do not attribute this to Croatia.
Only two days ago I asked you for this movie. And here it is!
THANK YOU
one of the best film ever made in Croatia…
based on a true accident which happened on april 14, 1957
Seems to be an unsung gem… Thanks for sharing!
