Quite upsetting to read the racist and antisemitic attacks in the comment section.

It’s better to moderate moderators than to stop people from speaking their minds or silence them; about movies or other topics. Knowing what other people think about things should be a good thing. We don’t have to agree with what is said.
The Oscar nom. anime Waltz with Bashir/2008 dir. Ari Folman, re the 1982 Lebanon clash from which Human League got inspired for their 1984 track, with groundbreaking visuals, banned in Lebanon, would be also nice to upload.
Leaving the searingly toxic politics to one side, this has always been an absolutely magnificent piece of film work. And the theme is an all time classic too!
Bravo! My sentiments precisely. It’s one of the first pieces of music I learned to play on piano. Thanks for an unbiased comment.
This film is utterly vile fascist propaganda.
“One day Jews and Arabs will peacefully share the land”, well you’d better cause if you’re at war for ages the only profession you learn is war, then you can’t get out of it. Wicked problem of sorts.
Wonder how that turned out.
Excellent drama, thanks.
Nope. POS melodrama based on Anglo-European ethno-supremacist lies. Zionist hasbara, i. e. Nazism in Jewish drag. Anyone foolish enough to waste their time watching this crap will be putting themselves at risk of total brain death.
Propaganda movies are interesting to watch. They are usually clear expressions of the anit-values the powers that be indoctrinate us with. Movies is a very strong political weapon, and it’s aimed at us, weapons deployed more often than we usually care to realize. If we are aware of this, we can learn quite a bit from them.
