Speaking of hot TV series, any chance we can have the ‘Aphrodisia’ episodes from French TV? Around 80 of the 15 minute hot 15 minute dramas were made from 1995 onwards, and they were excellent. Difficult to find, but if anyone can, Rarelust can!

Great concept, but poor execution mar this 30-year-old lacklustre TV series from Australia. The idea of the ‘Pacific Ocean Hideaway’ was not new (‘Thunderbirds’ got there first) but how could it fail? Unfortunately, by employing comatose actors, cinematographers who apparently never showed up on set, and producers who greenlit a format that was way below soap opera standards. Worth dipping into as a forgotten curio, but anyone who sits through all 26 episodes deserves a medal for endurance.
But…but…Darcy! She’s worth watching it all like Krista Allen makes Space Emmanuelle viewable.
