I lust for rare gems as this.
Thanks again rarelust.
This is a great example of the value of this site. Ecstasy (1933) is an important movie in the history of cinema and yet it currently is not available from major sources such as Netflix or Amazon, though Amazon does have a number of replica poster from the movie and quite a few books that in part, discuss or mention the film.
EEEE-YOW!! Bringing the Pre-Hays Code goodness!!! I’ve only heard about this film from research and word of mouth, and like most Pre-Hays Code films of this nature, I thought it was “mysteriously lost to time” (hint, hint). This is why I am a big fan of Rarelust, because you never fail to uncover the classics. Big Props.
truly bold and beautiful for the time period!
I was just thinking about this movie a few days ago and you read my mind. Thanks Man !
