Oliver Reed alone makes this movie worth watching. That and cheap/cheesy effects, cheesy acting, the scrumptious Miss Carrera and a decent soundtrack. Thanks!
Since Disney now owns Marvel: MCU-Crossover, when?
Oof, that’s a pretty bad film transfer. There’s a better quality DVD rip from a different source on the torrent sites – less artifacts and better picture. Would love this to get a proper release and bring this film back to life.
Anchor Bay Entertainment dvd only
no other source
Thank you so much, it’s Christmas this week!
I enjoyed this cheesefest as a kid. Michael Crawford went on to great fame playing The Phantom of the Opera in the London and Broadway musicals. Barbara Carrera is smoking hot, too.
Cheesefest. I read your comment the other day and wanted to try it myself. It’s not *just* a cheesefest, it’s the international summit conference about cheesyness in movies. It makes not sense whatsoever but is really fun to watch x)
I have this on DVD but it is only in 4:3 aspect ratio. Love to see it in widescreen the way it was when I first saw this movie in the cinema back in the early 1980s.
Thanks for the great work.
Awesome – I’ve been wanting to see this for a while! Please, do you have Nunzio (1978), another superhero-themed film I’ve been looking for?
