I’ve found that most dvd editions of “Tattoo Connection” are uncut. The Jim Kelly title “Black Samurai” is the one that is completely impossible to find uncut. That one I believe is lost. The great thing about this version here is the inclusion of the Mandarin audio with English subs. Watching it in Chinese instead of the silly English dub makes for an entirely different experience.
