Boris. Funny how that name is adopted, like by a recent UK Prime Minister. William Henry Pratt was born in Peckham, and although not as exotic as contemporary Bela Lugosi is a mainstay of British horror movies. Odd one this – spanning the genres betwen crime, horror and SF – beautiful crisp BW photoagraphy and good to see Boris himself, not in Frankenstein monster makeup.
