Charles B. Griffith was the best screenwriter Roger Corman ever worked with, and it’s a damn shame he never found the success that, for instance, Robert Towne did after working with Corman.
Seriously, no movie named Attack of the Crab Monsters, particularly when done this cheaply, has a right to be this damned good. But it is, and it’s all down to the script.
