Yes, it´s missing almost the first two minutes of opening credits. I don´t know if there are more differences but you can check it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1n6AExlWN8. The film was named Tarot in this VHS copy (which respects much more the original aspect ratio), although it was screened as Tarots in movie theaters in 1973.
