Another gorgeous upgrade, Mr RL. Thank you. I was expecting this to be a British Hammer movie rather than AIP. The preview shows a rather portly Peter Lorre (put on a bit of weight since The Maltese Falcon!) and the cast also includes Boris Karloff (horror royalty since being Frankenstein’s monster in the 1930s) and Basil Rathbone (the 2nd best Sherlock Holmes – after Jeremy Brett). Marvellous. Proper old-fashioned comedy horror movie!
