John Wayne and his Patrick were in several movies together. In “Donovan’s Reef” John Wayne is Donovan and Patrick Wayne is a young Australian Naval Officer. In “Big Jake” John Wayne is Jake McCandles and Patrick Wayne is his son James McCandles. In “The Searchers” John Wayne is Ethan Edwards and Patrick Wayne is the young cavalry officer Lt. Greenhill. There are other movies they made together. These are but a few. John Wayne also had his daughters and one of his wives in movies with him on occasion.
