I don’t suppose there is any chance of uploading the French Carlotta Films BluRay release of Mr. Arkadin (Dossier Secret)? It doesn’t look like Criterion has any plans to to upgrade their 3 disc DVD edition to BluRay.
I know we all ask so much of you, but this sad lurker knows not where else to turn.

Gosh. You never cease to amaze!
I’ve read good reviews of the Carlotta version. Didn’t even know about the NSM version, but it looks like the latter includes what has been called “The Comprehensive Version”, which raises the question as to whether it is simply and up-rez of Criterion’s DVD.
The fact is, I’m happy to have whatever upgrade from the DVD I can get.
With that, I leave it to your discretion.
