One Response to Tripfall (2000)

Who can bear to watch John Ritter, will eventually be able to sit through this low-cost desaster made for cable-tv. In this ultra-low-cost less-than-half-baked kidnapping flick, the vicious culprits are as stupid as they are murderous, the most dangerous, but still predictable combination. The trigger-happy main-psycho sports one of the most stupid haircuts on film ever (Eric Roberts, must have pissed some art-director or his make-up-“artist”), other than that the film lacks highlights. Eye-candy? Action-scenes? A plot-twist? Re-kindling family-bonds? Stockholm-syndrome? Nothing like that. There are trashy movies and there is trash, “Tripfall” should have been dumped in the bin instead of releasing it straight-to-video (DVD).
